This is unequalled anywhere in the U.K and with such an enormous range, it is impossible to keep our pricing (buy and sell) completely up-to-date at all times. Our Purchasing Department are constantly updating product information and pricing but it is possible that the price you see advertised on our website will be out-of-date and being updated on the day you place your order. If the latest pricing given to us by our supplier results in a price increase - a member of our dedicated sales staff will call you and give you the option of continuing with the order at the new price or cancelling it. Placing an order with Software Paradise is very easy, and safe. Using any e-commerce site centers around two core procedures. 1. Firstly, find the product you are interested in using the sites search engine(s) and 2. Buy it by clicking on the "Buy Now" button which will be displayed alongside a product description. You find a product by typing a name or products code etc into either the Quick Search box located on our Home Page or into a QuickSearch box located at the top (in the header section) of all other pages.
So, having found the product you are interested in, follow these simple steps:
When the desired product is found, click on the button associated with the item. Some items also show a "quantity" box with the default set = 1. You may wish to change this if you wish to purchase a larger quantity of the item before clicking the "Buy Now" button. (You can always the quantity later in the Intelligent Shopping Cart/Trolley).
Next, you will be asked to select your method of shipping, and then the contents of your personal shopping basket will be displayed. This information reveals
the quantity, description, per unit cost, VAT/TAX and total order value. If multiple
quantities of the same item are desired, you may change the number of items from the default
of one (1) to the appropriate number. Click on the "Increase", "Decrease" or "Remove" links and the total
cost for the items will be calculated and displayed appropriately. The "Order Subtotal" is the purchase price of your goods without shipping or VAT/TAX. The box below the Order Subtotal shows your Delivery/Shipping Charges, again excluding VAT/TAX. The "Grand Total" is the Order Subtotal + Delivery Charges. *** VAT/TAX is added later and is NOT shown on this screen. *** This can sometimes be a little confusing because individual prices on the site are shown including VAT so that the customer can make a fair/accurate comparison with prices from other suppliers. Now you may click on the "Continue Shopping" button or go to straight to the checkout by clicking on
"CHECK OUT NOW" on the bottom of the basket page. Each time subsequent items are selected for
purchase, by clicking on the associated button, this shopping basket page will appear
to reveal the total contents and price. Items may be removed from the shopping basket and the basket can be emptied at any time by clicking "Remove" or "Empty your Cart".
Click "CHECK OUT NOW" to proceed with your purchase. You will be asked if you are a citizen of a country belonging to the European Union. Answering "YES" to this question show that you are liable to be charged VAT (Value Added Tax). Next you will be asked to select your method of ordering e.g By credit card, as a Gift Order by Credit card, by Purchase Order (qualified companies only) or Express Checkout (You MUST register your details with us first). From this point on all information will be taken from you using an SSL Secure Channel. (Verify: Look for the padlock at the bottom of your screen).
Verify that the items and quantities are on your order. If not use your browsers "Back" button and make changes to the contents of your cart.
Enter your INVOICING (BILLING) and DELIVERY (SHIPPING) information.

As a consumer you have the legal right, in addition to your other rights,
to cancel your contract with Software Paradise and to receive a refund.
You must contact us and inform us in writing of your desire to cancel
your contract within 5 working days of receipt of the relevant product(s).
You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure
the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
It's easy. When your virtual shopping cart is displayed, click on the "click here to change shipping options" link or use your internet browsers "Back" button (at the top of the screen) and return to the page where you first selected your delivery option. The page is headed "Thank you for using our shopping cart. Please enter the following information to show shipping costs in the shopping cart contents display on the next page." Now, just re-select the type of delivery that you require. This will be automatically reflected in your shopping trolley/cart contents. Our festive paper and gift tags are designed to make presents extra special. Firstly locate the products(s) you wish to purchase and put them into your virtual shopping trolley/cart by clicking the "Buy Now" buttons. When you are finished and ready to "Checkout Now", first select the option "Gift Order by Credit Card Online" then put a tick in the tickbox next to the question "Would you like your item(s) gift wrapped for Christmas?". If the carrier attempts to deliver a package that appears to have been damaged in transit, you should refuse the delivery. Please note if the package is left at your premesis without a signature you may still refuse delivery by calling the carrier. You must e-mail us or call our Customer Services Deptartment on 029 20 887521, Monday through Friday, between 9:30am and 4:30pm to report the package refusal. Once receipt of the package is confirmed back at our warehouse, you can expect to see a credit posted to your credit card statement in 1-2 cycles.
If you choose to accept the damaged package, have the carrier note the damage on his/her records. In the event that the product inside was damaged in transit, e-mail us or call our Customer Services Deptartment immediately to report the problem. We will then contact the carrier to pick up the package from you and process a credit for the returned item.

Defective products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or replacement.
No non-defective, opened software will be accepted. All returned product must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, send an email to returns@softwareparadise.co.uk or call 029 20 887521. Once you have an RMA, ship the product back to us. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping, unless given alternative instruction from an authorized Returns Coordinator. Please use a shipping company that can track packages.We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. When your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account or ship you a new copy of your software. Any items marked "Backordered" are temporarily out of stock. We will ship them to you immediately when they are available.
For all "in-stock" items, Software Paradise offers a variety of shipping options from LOW COST Royal Mail starting at just £2.95.
