We regret that we are unable to sell some products because of export restrictions and we reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries.

Expected Delivery Time
All international orders are shipped from our main warehouse where
your package can be properly prepared for international shipment.
The process works like this: After your payment terms are approved
by our credit department, the items you ordered that are in stock at our main
warehouse will be reserved for your order. Items not available at our
warehouse will be ordered from our suppliers and reserved for
your order as soon as the items arrive. Out of stock items normally take
3 to 4 business days to arrive in stock from our main U.K suppliers.
When all the items on your order are reserved, your order will be filled
and shipped. Royal Mail normally takes 4 to 5 business days to deliver your package whereas Business Post Courier takes 1-2 days (if you have paid for this delivery option).
For some destinations, the delivery time is even sooner. Please note that if you
do not provide complete and accurate invoicing information, your order will be
delayed until our credit control department receives the required information.
Payment Information
All prices on our website, in email messages, proforma invoices, invoices
and certified price quotes are in £UK POUNDS only. You can calculate the
prices in your own currency by using the currency converter described above.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
for most international orders. However, we regret that we cannot accept credit card payment from some
countries. A good alternative payment option is a bank transfer.
