Credit Cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express
for most orders. The alternative payment option is a bank transfer
(see details below). Goods are usually shipped to the cardholders address.
The invoice address you provide must be the cardholder's address.
That is the address the bank has on record and it is also the address where your credit card statements are sent.
If you do not provide accurate information, your order could be delayed in processing.
Bank Transfers. This payment option is an efficient alternative to
using a credit card but it does mean that you would have to place your order by telephone with our mail-order department. They can be reached on (+44) (0)2920 887521. Here are the guidelines and procedures for a bank transfer:
Contact your bank and request a bank transfer of funds to our bank.
The funds must be in British Pounds and equal to the total amount of your order.

Note that monies must be received before your order is processed.
Credit Terms. Net 30 day terms are available to qualified commercial, academic and government accounts within the United Kingdom.
We regret that we do not extend credit terms to companies located internationally.

Proforma Invoices. Even though we do not extend credit terms
outside the United Kingdom, we can provide international customers with a proforma invoice for their internal needs.
This invoice would require pre-payment using either a credit card or bank transfer of funds before the order is shipped.
International Orders. All prices issued by Software Paradise (this includes our website, email messages, proforma invoices, invoices and certified price quotes) are in British Pounds only.
If you are outside the United Kingdom, you can calculate the prices in your own currency by using the currency converter we make available online.
