ASN1 to XML Translator (ASN2XML)

ASN2XML (ASN.1 to XML translator) is a command-line tool for translating data encoded using any of the ASN.1 encoding rules (BER, DER, CER, PER, U-PER) to XML format.

It provides the capability to assign an ASN.1 schema to binary data to produce XML markup annotated with type and element names as defined in the schema. No programming is required; simply supply the name of a binary file and ASN.1 schema file(s) and the translation is done.
