Supported Browsers: Internet Explorer 6.0 or later and Firefox 1.03 or later support. (Viewing the FlexNet Connect Publisher site and posting updates or messages requires a Web browser)

FlexNet Connect Windows Client is supported on Windows® 98 or later Internet Explorer 5.0 or later. Note that Internet Explorer does not need to be the default browser.

The FlexNet Connect Java Client supports the following platforms: Windows 2000 and later, Mac OS X and later, Sun Solaris 9 and later (x86 or SPARC) , Linux RHEL 4, AIX 5.2, HPUX PA-RISC 11.2, and any flavor of UNIX. JRE versions 1.4.2 and later are supported for the Java client run time.

Publisher Management Portal (PMP) and Customer Management Portal (CMP) Requirements
Except where exceptions are noted, the FlexNet Connect Publisher Management Portal (PMP), Customer Management Portal (CMP), and other servers share the same system requirements. Note: No other Web application can share the FlexNet Connect server machines.

Supported Databases for PMP/CMP

FlexNet Connect supports Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and later; IBM Cloudscape 10.0 (Apache Derby); and Oracle 9i , 10g and 11g.

For the optional FlexNet Connect reporting database (available to self-hosted, Premier edition users only). FlexNet Connect requires Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and later.
