Security
Secure by design, GoToAssist Express makes sure that all confidential information remains private.
GoToAssist Express encrypts session data end to end using industry-standard Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption.
End-to-end authentication is accomplished using the Secure Remote Password (SRP) protocol. SRP is resilient against a wide variety of attacks, including both passive eavesdropping and active password cracking.
All cryptographic functions and security protocols employed by GoToAssist Express client endpoint software are implemented using state-of-the-art Certicom Security Builder® libraries for assurance and high performance.
