The software consists of the Netviewer Admin Master and the Host program. The Master program enables the establishment of a Netviewer session and provides access to a variety of administrative tools. The Host program enables access to a PC/ server to be remotely controlled.
This data sheet contains the technical data of the software in SaaS mode (Software-as-a-Service). This means that the communication between the client programs is managed by servers which are hosted by Netviewer AG.
Netviewer Admin can be adapted to meet bespoke customer requirements.
