Redax Enterprise Server

Overview

Redax Enterprise Server centralizes the processing of document redaction on marked-up files awaiting redaction on a server.  The software may be integrated into a workflow with or without the Redax desktop redaction product.  Redax Enterprise Server does not require Adobe Acrobat.

• Mark up documents for redaction with Redax, bracketed text; Acrobat highlighting, underlining, strikethroughs or via parameters defined in a separate text file
• Use government exemption codes or create your own
• Automatically find terms to be redacted using lists
• Use list files to automatically mark SSN, ZIP codes and phone numbers for redaction
• Full-page and multi-page redaction
• Automatically protects the original document
• Appearance of redacted areas is fully customizable
• Optionally place exemption codes at the bottom of the page
• Optional page consolidation when multiple pages are fully redacted
• Delete annotations following redaction to ensure identifying notes are not released with the document
• Easily redact similarly formatted documents by applying templates
• Automatic removal of document metadata
• Optional removal of document annotations
• Optionally redact using PDF standard mark-up (highlight, underline and strike through) on text.
• Generate text reports at any stage in the redaction process for use in a spreadsheet or other software for analysis
