Based upon TheoLt Core Pro, TheoLt Building Survey adds a full set of commands for producing Building Plans, Sections and Elevations, on-site in the shortest possible time.
Plans:
Plans may be drawn with the Total Station, using the minimum number of observations. TheoLt automatically fillets corners, removing another post-process task amd ensuring the wall lines are captured without the inacuracies present in measuring into corners. TheoLt will also calculate hidden (perpendicuar) returns to ensure a minimum number of station set-ups. Doors and Windows may be added to the plans with wall-lines broken automaticaly. Full dimensions (including heights) may also be added automatically. The "Feature Library" allows a wide range of blocks to be added to complete the plan.
Elevations:
Defining planes as part of the orientation process, TheoLt can capture elevations using full 3D data or by plannar intersection. All data is captured in the correct location and may be combined with the plans above (either using the elevation to dictate openings on the plan or visa-versa). AutoCAD commands such as copy/paste may be used to speed up the capture process of repeated details such as windows.
Distance Only:
TheoLt Building Survey also incorporates the full DistToPlan product enabling prodiction of plans uing distance only measurments. These commands include fast room creation with 3 main commands; rectangular room, room plan and "sketch and measure". Visit the DistToPlan pages for more information. Area Management:
An important part of measured building survey is the reporting of aresa and area usage. TheoLt Building Survey has a comprehensive tool for measuring, attributing and displaying and reproting areas. Producing usage plans or material schedules (for FM systems for example) could not be easier.
