Zetafax Business Edition

The Zetafax Business Edition is the Equisys entry level network fax software for 5 to 25 network users. It is an ‘all in the box’ softwaresolution that can be installed on existing hardware and is very easy to manage.

The Business Edition includes:
• A single Zetafax Server
• License for 5, 10 or 25 users
• Support for two local fax lines
• Email Gateway
• Zetafax Client
• Web Client
• DDI and DID routing of inbound faxes
• Microsoft Office and Outlook addins
• Queue management
• Remote monitoring
• Report writing

Users can write, address and send faxes with little or no training using the intuitive Zetafax Client. Integration with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes also allows users to send faxes in the same way as they would an email, increasing productivity.

Fast and easy to install
Zetafax is easy to install, using the installation and configuration wizard and MSI install. For larger deployments, Administrators can choose the centralized client installation option which uses Group Policy. The optional Zetafax Automation Toolkit is available for Integrating Zetafax with other business applications such as accounting and contact
management systems.

Easy to use
Writing, addressing and sending faxes and text messages using Zetafax requires little or no training. Users can choose from a range of intuitive fax interfaces including the Microsoft Outlook style Zetafax client, Microsoft Outlook,
Lotus Notes, or SMTP email clients. Faxes can also be addressed using the Outlook address book.

Cost-effective and straightforward management
Zetafax is stable and reliable, so it requires little support. However, if needed, technical support is available via Equisys UK and US offices and our international distributors. Customers can receive software upgrades and updates through the Software Assurance scheme.

To support over 10 users, a server operating system is required (e.g. Windows Server 2008 R2).
To support over 25 users, multiple fax lines or when using the Email Gateway, we recommend you use a dedicated fax server.
