and shop in a very non-committed, no-barriers fashion, while knowing all the
costs associated with your prospective purchase - including shipping charges.
That's why our Shopping Cart system automatically calculates and
displays the shipping charge each time you add or remove items.
That's also why we don't ask for your personal account information until after
you've created a shopping cart, and you've clicked on the 'Check Out Now' button.
We'll Keep You Informed. We deliver your order in the shortest time possible and keep you informed of its progress. Having placed your order you will receive on-screen notification of your web order reference number. Make a note of this number as it will come in useful should you need to track your order or call us for more information. Within minutes of receiving your order, you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your order.

sourcing and inventory management system is so sophisticated, it virtually

Tracking Numbers. Use your web order reference (see above) to log into our Order Status system which will tell you what's happening to your order if you haven't received it.
Order has shipped. When your order ships, you'll receive an email message with instructions on what exactly has left our warehouse for delivery to you. Your invoice is sent separately. IMPORTANT: Now that you are an internet customer of ours, your confirmation email will contain a "limited-life" link which you can use within 24 hours to shop at extra discounts. We give you a further 5% off our already low prices as a bonus.
Backorder Dates. For those items on your order that can't ship immediately, we'll keep you informed of expected backorder shipping dates so you can plan accordingly. Use your web order reference number to log into our Order Status system and keep a check on what's happening to your goods. When the items ship, we will automatically notify you by email.
